Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):
Step 1: Open “Identify” portal on web browser.
Step 2: Click on an observation to open pop-up.
Step 3: Select “suggestions” tab on the right.
Step 4: Click on “Select” next to a suggested ID, then immediately close the pop-up (click out of pop-up, press “Esc,” click the “X” on the top right, etc.) before the ID can load/you are automatically transferred back to the “info” tab.
Step 5: Everything in the tab below the header bar goes blank white and you have to reload the tab to restore functionality.
I have been experiencing this issue since the Identify portal seems to have changed the way it behaves maybe 1-2 weeks ago. Could this be related to the changed behavior of the “Agree” button around the same time, which now no longer disappears immediately when clicked? I’ve accidentally left double or triple IDs more since this was changed because I’m so accustomed to the old behavior, which I would say is much better.
