Description of need:
I want to make a work-from-home citizen science project where people can add phenology annotations to plants of interest. To lower the barrier for entry, I want to show these items in a Collection Project, rather than trying to teach people how to use the Identify tool to filter unannotated plants themselves.
Currently, the Collection project only lets you filter observations that do have a particular annotation. I want to filter observations that do not have it.
Please add a ‘Without Annotation’ filter option when making a new Collection Project.
