Help creating a place for my municipality

Hello all,

I’ve created a project to get community members to help identify the flora and fauna within our municipality. I’m trying to restrict the project to our municipality but I’m unable to find it as a place when I search for it.

When I try to create a place (I have 50 observations), I am getting this error:

Can anyone help me figure out what I’m doing wrong?

Some of your observations are casual grade (see the help page regarding captive/cultivated observaitions). I believe the requirement is 50 observations that are either verifiable (“Needs ID”) or Research Grade.
