Description of problem: I don’t know if this is a bug or intended behavior: When going through a list of my subscriptions and unsubscribing to taxon changes (any), after clicking “OK” to unsubscribe, the website navigates back to the last web page visited–in the above instance, the last taxon change I examined–rather than returning me to the list of subscriptions.

Since the unsubscribing task is typically done iteratively, i.e. many at one sitting, it would be more useful if the navigation after “OK” would return me to the subscription list.

Step 1: Display a list of my subscriptions for Taxon Changes.

Step 2: Click on a given change to view the change; hit the “Back” button to return to the list.

Step 3: Click on “Unsubscribe” for a selected change and then on “OK” in the pop-up window.

After clicking OK, the site returns me to the last page visited with a highlighted banner “Subscription deleted”, not to the subscription list as desired. Frequently the last page I visited will be the taxon change page itself, but it could be anywhere (for example, see last screen capture).

Pretty sure this is intended, it happens for a few other situations.

Like the “Back to flags” button that hardly works?

To be clear I’m not saying this is great behavior, I just don’t think it’s unintended.

There’s an existing bug report for that, I’ve been meaning to make an issue for it this week but need to do some more specific testing.
