Setting up a bioblitz is extremely easy! Thanks to iNaturalist anyone can do it without trouble and certainly without a paid consultant.
Just simply visit the projects link on iNat: https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/new and click start a collection project and chose the name project and then I would recommend carefully reading through the project page and choosing what specs you would like for the project (such as a time frame if it is a timed bioblitz).
