Observation erroneously excluded from search results?

Here is my search filter.

Here is the observation.

Why does that observation not show up in the search results for me?
It hasn’t been reviewed by me. It’s not excluded by location or by taxon.

You have not in Europe in your filter, but the observation is in Europe (place_id=97391)
