Photo(s) from one observation won't appear when editing taxon thumbnail

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: Go to taxon page for this worm species: https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/486398-Acteonemertes-bathamae

Step 2: It recently got flagged with a request to change the thumbnail (https://www.inaturalist.org/flags/718721), so I click edit photos

Step 3: The image(s) from the requested observation to be used (https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/967335) do not appear in the photo picker

I’ve tried setting the dropdown to RG observations only, any observations of that species, and also tried putting in the observation’s numerical identifier into the search bar. Have also reindexed that observation, but cannot get the pics to appear

I am getting the same results when I attempt it, as well.
I did a test of the observation ID search by using a random unrelated observation, and it pulls those photos up just fine, so it does seem to be related to that observation specifically.

I think EOL photo imports may be broken, I checked a few other taxa and couldn’t get any photos to load from EOL at all. Just an endlessly spinning “loading” symbol.

I can replicate. I suspect this is a one-off glitch and not something systemic, but we’ll see.
