Seek control of iphone camera works badly sometimes very over exposed

Please fill out the following sections to the best of your ability, it will help us investigate bugs if we have this information at the outset. Screenshots are especially helpful, so please provide those if you can.

Platform (Android, iOS, Website): iphone 8 plus iOS 15.1

App version number, if a mobile app issue (shown under Settings or About): Seek 2.13.0 (230)

Browser, if a website issue (Firefox, Chrome, etc) :

URLs (aka web addresses) of any relevant observations or pages:

Screenshots of what you are seeing (instructions for taking a screenshot on computers and mobile devices: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/):

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: In order to move my photos into the Seek App, I take, using Seek, a screen shot of the image on my computer screen. Sometimes the image is normally exposed but sometimes it is COMPLETELY OVER exposed and impossible to use. Other times the photo taken with Seek is correctly exposed. When I use the iPhone camera directly, the photos are normally exposed. I then move the photo into Seek to try and recognize it. This is very annoying…

Step 2:

Step 3:

Tap on the subject and Seek should both focus on it and adjust exposure. It doesn’t happen automatically, unfortunately.
