It looks like a flag has already been made correctly on the relevant taxon (genus Xylotrechus) which is the appropriate place to note this. We generally ask that users keep discussions of specific issues on the flags related to a taxon on iNaturalist itself. It may take a little while for one of the curators on iNat to respond to the flag.
