Over the past week, upload times have become incredibly long. When I try uploading to other sites, the speed is perfectly fine.
Has there been a change recently, or is this issue on my end?

Tested upload speed: 21mb/s
But even 20 mb photo upload sometimes longer than one minute.
Ive measured with chronometer: a file with 20.936.478 byte (19 mb) uploaded at 280 seconds. Which is far below from my rated upload speed.
Can you please provide details? You didn’t say whether you’re using the website or the apps, whether you’re on wifi or mobile data, exactly what you’re trying to do, how long it’s taking for observations to upload, etc. Without details there’s not much anyone here can do to investigate.
