Would anybody be willing to add a place for me?

Hi there. I am doing a school project and want to make a project page for this location:

Village Elementary School
12 Robie Street
Gorham Maine 04038

I have over 70 observations but not all of them are verifiable. It would be a huge help! Thanks so much!

you have 60 verifiable observations. you should be able to add a place, and you should be able to create projects, too. are you having trouble figuring out how to add a place?

what is the school project, if you dont mind me asking?

There was a bug that prevented the system from granting users place creation and traditional project creation privileges after they hit 50 verifiable observations. It was fixed this past week and the next time these users make a verifiable observation, they should be granted that privilege. But I went ahead and manually granted you the privilege. You should be able to make a place now.

Hmm… I tried typing in Village Elementary School and 12 Robie Street but it’s still not coming up. I also tried to add a place and it did bring me to the page, but I am getting this message now:
There were problems importing that place: File was invalid or did not contain any polygons, Latitude can’t be blank, Longitude can’t be blank, Place geometry can’t be blank.

This is the map I tried downloading the KML from:

Try with this, maybe the problem was that you downloaded a point, not an area:
