Step 1: Go to the linked observation
Step 2: Attempt to add a sex annotation of value “female”
Step 3: If in identify mode, the loading circle will be present forever. If on the observation page, a popup with the message “Failed to save record. Please try again later.” appears. Opening the browser console shows that the POST request resulted in a 422 Unprocessable Entity error.
