Display all observations on project pages

Continuing the discussion from Project Observation page doesn't show all observations in Grid view:

On Collection and Umbrella projects, when you click from several places on the project homepage:

It brings you to a list of recent observations. This list of observations is not complete, i.e. despite the project homepage offering View All, the page does not actually display all of the observations in the project. The only way to currently view the full list of Observations is to then click the “Search” button.

At the bottom of the project’s observations page, there should be an option to page through and view all the observations.

Having “first”/<< and “last” / >> buttons would be helpful additions to the pagination.

Would it be possible to do something similar for the Species tab as well, so that one could see what all of the species in the project are?

Hopefully this will be incorporated if/when a taxonomic view is added:

Made an issue for this: https://github.com/inaturalist/inaturalist/issues/2760

We decided to not paginate results in the Project page itself, so the “View All” button now takes you to an Explore page that shows all of the project’s observations, and if you scroll to the bottom of the “Observations” tab you’ll now see a View More button that takes you to an Explore page that shows all of the project’s observations.
